Conditions for participation in events run by the Welke Akademie GbR

1. Registration
   Registration for our events must be received in writing.
   You can register in any of the following ways:
   
   • Online
   • Fax
   • Post
     
     
2. Seminar fees and payment
   Seminar fees become due 8 days after receipt of invoice. In the case of short-notice seminar registrations, i.e. if registering fewer than 8 days before the start of the seminar, the seminar fee is due on the day of the event.
   
   The fee for participation includes the costs for participation in the event, including any documentation provided. It does not include costs for accommodation, catering or travel.
   
   
3. Cancellation
   You may cancel your registration at any time up to 5 weeks (35 days) before the start of the seminar.
   
   Cancellation must be made in writing. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept cancellations over the telephone. A fax or e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it will suffice.
   
   We levy an administration charge of 80.00 EUR incl. VAT for cancellations. In the case of seminars of at least 2 days in length we will invoice 20% of the course fees incl. VAT. The same applies to seminars that advertise a limited number of participants in the seminar listings.
   
   You may transfer your booking to another seminar with the same seminar fee. One transfer may be made free of charge. The new event to which the booking is transferred cannot be further transferred. The transfer must take place at least 5 weeks (35 days) before the start of the event originally booked. As an alternative, you also have the option of sending another delegate to the seminar in your place. This participant will be charged at the normal rate.
   
   If you do not either cancel in time, name you replacement or take advantage of the offer of transfer, we must insist on full payment of the seminar fee.
   
   
4. Programme changes and cancellation of seminars by the Welke Akademie
   We ask for your understanding that we must reserve the right to cancel seminars, e.g. in the case of too few participants (3 weeks before the start of the seminar, at the latest), in the case of the trainer being unavailable, in the case of acts of God or other similar reasons. In any case we will do our best to inform you of any cancellation or change to the programme, in particular of a change of trainer, as early as possible. If we are obliged to cancel a seminar, we will immediately return the fee paid. No further claims can be accepted except in the case of wilful intent or gross negligence by employees or other agents of the Welke Akademie.
   
   
5. Accompanying documentation
   The Welke Akademie accepts no liability for the content of seminar presentations or the accompanying documentation in so far as no wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of the Welke Akademie or one of their agents exists.
   
   
6. Copyright
   Seminar documentation provided by us is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced in whole or in part without permission of the Welke Akademie. We provide seminar documentation for the exclusive use of seminar participants.
   
   
7. Data protection
   Information transmitted to us is stored electronically. If you have provided us with your e-mail address you may withdraw permission for us to use it for advertising purposes at any time by e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 8. Certificate of participation
   We will present you with a certificate of participation for every event run by the Welke Akademie.
